How long is an average BD party?
Birthday Parties are 2 hours long. You get 75 minutes of unlimited bowling fun, then 45 minutes in out spacious VIP party room.
How long is an average Group Event?
Group Events are from 2-4 hours long, usually about 3 hours, although events can be tailored to your group’s requests such as short & long lunch events from 1-2 hours.
How much deposit do you require for a party or event?
Birthday parties require a $100 deposit. Corporate and larger events require a $200 deposit.
What if I need to change my event date?
Contact us ASAP once you know you need to change the date. We will work the best we can to accommodate you.
Can I bring in my own food?
We do NOT permit outside food. For Kosher or special dietary foods, please speak with our Event Planner and we will work with you on food options. We will provide an extra food menu, should you wish to order anything additional. Additional food orders must be ordered 4 days before the party.
Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes for my party?
Yes you are welcome to bring in your own cake or cupcakes for your party. Just no ice-cream cakes please as we do not have a freezer to hold it in.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes... We also supply you with fun bowling themed birthday partyware such as cups, plates, tablecloths and utensils. We also have a variety of balloon options that can be purchased.
Can I play my own Music?
Yes, as long as its age appropriate (no explicit lyrics)
Just create a Spotify playlist, make it public and we will gladly play it during your event.
Who is my contact on the day of the event?
A Party host will be assigned on the day of your event.
What happens if I have to cancel?
If you cancel at least 2 full weeks in advance, we will return your deposit in full. After that since we cannot re-book your space so close to the party, it is possible you may lose your deposit if you cannot reschedule.
How early should I arrive prior to my event?
10-15 minutes in most cases depending on the event.
What happens if I’m late for my party?
Not being late is the best policy. However, emergencies do arise, weather, etc. Parties are very well coordinated, and timing is critical as it affects many people and other bookings. If you’re late by more than 20 minutes, the first decision would be to cut that time off the bowling part of your party this way you can still have the full time in the Party room for Pizza and cake with your guests.
Will my lanes for my party or group be together?
Yes of course!
Is there a minimum for birthday parties?
We require at least a 10-child minimum to host a party.
What is the maximum number you can accommodate for birthday parties?
30 kid maximum, this allows for adequate bowling time for your guests.
If we book now, can we drop our headcount as we get closer to the event since we do not know how many guests we will have since we do not have RSVPs yet?
Yes, you just can't go below the 10-guest minimum. You will be charged for at least 10 guests regardless of your headcount.
When do I need to let you know the final head count?
Please call us 4 days prior to your party with the final head count. This will allow us enough time to ensure enough food, adequate table set-up, and the number of lanes is correct. We also recommend supplying a list of the expected guests so your host can have your guests lane assignments all set-up prior to their arrival. Please note: There is a 10-child minimum for all parties.
What is included in my party?
1 to 2 party hosts (depending on the size of your party), One slice of pizza per child, Unlimited soft drinks, Paper goods,
Tablecloths, Set-up & hassle-free Clean-Up.
